 At Rescue Data Recovery, you can rest assured your data will remain confidential. We operate on an unwritten non-disclosure agreement, however we will abide by a written non-disclosure agreement at your request.

  We believe your data is confidential and therefore we do not retain any information during the data extraction process. Once the data is extracted we immediately copy your information to a secondary media without saving the data on our workstation or servers. This ensures that there is never a duplicate copy of your data stored at our facility.
